Welcome to Luna!​ We are an independent bookstore in the city of Hyderabad, India.​
Luna is the result of a belief that our cities and neighbourhoods need more independent bookstores, run by booksellers who are passionate about books and reading. Ours is one such endeavour. ​We are thoughtful and deliberate about the books we keep on our shelves. We try and strike a balance between the books of the moment and the books of all time. There are millions of books in the world, we can only have a tiny fraction of them on our shelves, and we can personally read an even tinier fraction in our lifetimes. Choosing what to keep (and, equally importantly, what to leave out) is therefore a responsibility we take seriously. ​​​​
We choose to be a brick and mortar store but we do now offer a shipping service across India . ​

Holiday Announcement: The bookstore will be closed on Thursday, January 15, for Pongal/Sankranthi. We will be back at our usual time on Friday.
